Michael Grange of Rogers Sportsnet follows Ricky Romero at his home in East LA. Great feature on the Blue Jays ace (and incidentally, his dog’s name is Ace).

When Bob McCown asked Alex Anthopoulos if this was his team today, this was AA’s response:
“Right now I would say yes, but I’m hopeful something will break in 2-3 weeks, but as we sit here today I think this will most likely be the team going into Spring Training.”

Thanks to the magic of the internet and Carlos Delgado’s Twitter account, we can relive this epic moment in Blue Jays history. It’s Carlos Deglado’s four home run game from September 25th, 2003.
The fourth home run actually bounces off Windows restaurant, and my favourite part was how Delgado threw his bat the second after he made contact with the ball. He knew it was long gone.
Also, Rod Black losing his mind on the play by play.
