The Yu Darvish Drinking Game
So here’s a way to keep ourselves occupied tonight until the official word about Yu Darvish, it’s the “Yu Darvish Drinking Game”!
The premise is simple: any time you see/hear a rumour about Yu Darvish, you drink. This could either turn out to be really fun, or everyone will pass out by 10:00pm. But looks like we already have some participants.

Apparently Skeet and Roy came across a naked man sitting on a tree after he was attacked by an...

21 Years Ago: the Trade That Changed the Franchise
21 years ago today, Pat Gillick pulled the trigger on a trade that would shake the foundation of the Toronto Blue Jays franchise. He sent Tony Fernandez and Fred McGriff to the San Diego Padres for Roberto Alomar and Joe Carter.
The trade immediately paid dividends for the Blue Jays as they posted back-to-back World Series wins in 1992 and 1993. So on the surface, it seemed like a slam dunk...
